Our time together is all about you.

It is your time to be heard and listened to. We will set an overall goal for our time together and each session. This is done because as we go through sessions, you will learn about yourself in ways you had not previously. We might need to adjust your daily goals as we continue to learn about who you are and what you want out of your life.

When I consult with you, I am offering expertise to get you the information needed to make the best decision for yourself. I do this by sharing over 20 years of professional experience, multiple post-graduate degrees, a love for learning, and a lifetime of living with invisible disabilities.

Our time together is about gaining self-advocacy skills, self-empowerment, self-awareness, and self-growth. We will work together as you navigate the new you.

How I Coach

&

Consult

“It was an absolute joy working with Leddy. She encouraged me to see a different perspective and opened my eyes to new ways of taking action. Coaching with her left me feeling energized, excited, and motivated to reach my goals. She’s so easy to talk to and was great at creating a safe space for me to express myself! I would definitely recommend it!”
